Your guide (Life Coach) on your journey will bring the tools gained through their own life experiences as well as evidenced-based approaches to obstacles learned and acquired over the years since being certified as a Life Coach.
We have a licensed psychologist on staff, however she nor any of our life coaches use those credentials. We are not a professional health care entity. Our services (client based/blog/podcast/emails) do not replace the care of a psychologist or other health care professional.
Our role as your guide is to share our knowledge, skills, experience, and encouragement in a caring, nonjudgmental and supportive manner as you make your journey toward your quest.

We will work with clients knowing they are experts in their own life. We recognize our clients as creative, resourceful, and whole. As such, our responsibility is to discover, clarify, and align with what the client wants to achieve; encourage client self discovery; elicit client-generated solutions and strategies; and hold the client responsible and accountable.
