International Yoga Day theme is “Well-Being”. This theme is relevant as Covid-19 continues to upend our lives. Beyond the current pandemic, yoga can help people cope with depression and anxiety by boosting both physical and mental health. Scientific research on yoga benefits are being recognized and incorporated by the U. S. military, the National Institute of Health and other large organizations.
